DGF concludes one exit and two new investments in the first half of 2015

In the first half of 2015 DGF completed the investments in Mosyle and Mercado Eletrônico. Mosyle is the sixth investment of DGF Venture I fund and is the leader in SaaS mobile learning and device management solutions for K-12 schools in Brazil. Mercado Eletrônico is the first investment of DGF Capital III and is the largest provider of SaaS B2B e-procurements solutions in Brazil and Latin America. DGF plans to complete two to three more investments in the second half of 2015.

DGF also announced in the end of June the exit, with a positive result, from its investment in APS Energia in a strategic sale to EDP Energias, the large Portuguese energy conglomerate.
